I have a little bit of a not-so-secret guilty pleasure (maybe even an obsession??). It's called the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, and IT. IS. FABULOUS. Everyone, if you're going to come visit us, come in the fall. Not only is the weather absolutely gorgeous this time of year, but you will also get to experience this little gem. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

I love cheese. Here's a nice big slab of griddled Greek cheese drizzled with honey and crushed pecans... ahhhmazing.

Toward mid-November, Food and Wine (sadly) begins to wind down.
But, fortunately, this is when signs of Christmas begin to appear. I love Christmas!!!!!
